This website presents Vizhion and its proposed safety and compliance platform. It does not currently provide public user accounts, client workspaces, online payments or a public enquiry form.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact Vizhion by email, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, role and any information included in your message. Please do not send patient information, employee records, confidential inspection data or other sensitive operational information through a general enquiry email.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process limited technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and security logs. Vizhion does not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How information may be used
- Respond to enquiries and pilot requests.
- Understand interest in Vizhion and improve website content.
- Protect the website and investigate misuse.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. It is not sold. It may be processed by service providers supporting email, hosting or security, subject to their own safeguards and terms.

Client workspaces will require a separate, fuller privacy and data-processing framework covering account data, inspection records, file uploads, hosting locations, retention, security, subprocessors and client responsibilities. This website policy does not replace a client contract or data-processing agreement.
