AI USE NOTICE

AI assistance. Human accountability.

Vizhion is designed to support safety work without transferring professional responsibility to a machine.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Planned assistance

AI features may help draft inspection findings, suggest categories or priorities, summarise records, identify recurring patterns, flag incomplete information and search approved internal guidance.

Human review

AI output is a suggestion, not an approval, certification or final safety decision. Authorised personnel must review the source information, correct errors, apply professional judgement and approve any action taken.

Known limitations

AI may produce incomplete, outdated, ambiguous or incorrect results. It may miss context that is obvious to a trained person on site. Users must not rely on AI alone for emergency response, life-safety decisions, legal interpretation, engineering acceptance or regulatory compliance.

Data controls

Client AI features must be configured with clear access controls, approved data sources and contractual rules. Sensitive data should not be sent to an AI service unless the client has approved the purpose, provider, data flow, retention and security arrangements.

Traceability

Where AI assists with a record, Vizhion is intended to preserve the human reviewer, approval state and relevant record history so that responsibility remains visible.

No hidden approval

Vizhion will not label findings, reports or certificates as “AI approved.” Product wording will distinguish generated suggestions from verified human decisions.
